First ask yourself:
1. Is it relevant to everyone? For example, quarterly there is a holiday called ‘Get to know your customer day’, and holidays like this can give you lots of questions for discussion.
2. Will it lead to positive discussion among members? Use your question to build rapport and common ground between members.
