      Hey everyone, it’s Ryan with Open In Indiana and today we’re talking about creating a SWOT Analysis.

      SWOT stand for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

      Strengths are things that your business does well. These can be anything that gives your business a competitive edge over your competition.

      Weaknesses are things you don’t do or aren’t so good at. These could be areas to focus on improvement.

      Opportunities are changes outside of your business that could allow you to increase your market share.

      Threats are things that could be a risk for your business if not properly addressed.
